Growing up, if I would have been asked if I would graduate college, let alone receive a doctorate degree, I would have laughed. My path has been a winding road with many ups and downs and there have been many things I have encountered, like my educational journey, that I believed was too terrifying, too difficult, or too impossible. I have transcended my own self-limiting belief time and time again. I have learned to stay true to myself and take a leap of faith whenever the opportunity arises to be in constant pursuit of chasing the best version of me.

I am a man that values my faith, my family, my friends, making connections, and inspiring others. I have had many unique experiences, professionally and personally, all of which have made me the person I am today. Through it all I have learned that you can achieve anything you put your mind to through actionable goals that compound on one another. One day at a time, one step at a time.

I would not be where I am today without mentors who saw something in me that I didn’t see myself. I want to pay it forward by being an influential mentor, like the ones I have been fortunate enough to have so far in my professional journey.

I have a passion for unlocking the potential of all the people I serve. It is my belief that much of what we learn and how we grow in this life comes from the purposeful experiences we create and connections we make. My professional and personal philosophies are guided by this principal.
